Printing Regulatory Inflation Control Act

Article 1: Due to the correlation between inflation and the amount of currency available the federal government shall regulate how much the Federal Reserve shall print.

Article 2: The Federal Reserve shall only print currency in correlation with the growth or shrinkage of the Kyrian economy of that rate that is already being printed. For example say that the economic growth for the quarter is 2% so the federal reserve will only increase their printage by 2%. The same case shall apply for shrinkage except the rate of prinatage will decrease.

Article 3: Kyrian banks shall be barred from buying Kyrian debt as it only harms the nation by creating an ever growing cycle of growing debt while these corporations profit from it.

Article 4: All debt currently owned by Kyrian banks shall be absolved and nullified.

Section 1: The Federal Reserve shall compensate 10% of the debt purchased to the banks.

Article 5: This bill shall be administered by the FTC and the KIRA.

Article 6: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all rules and regulations in interference with this law shall be stricken null and void.

Abolishing Economic Restrictions Act

Article 1: The gold standard is abolished and all currency is to be determined by the market and allowed to float.

Article 2: The nation is not permitted to set a finite value of their currency nor peg the currency to that of a comparative permit value of another currency.

Article 3: Restrictions on free trade are lifted. All tariffs and embargos are abolished.

Article 4: The Progressive Income Tax and Estates tax are both abolished. The income tax shall be that of a Flatt Tax of 25% of one’s income. The corporate tax shall be at the same percentage as the flatt tax rate.

Article 5: This bill shall be administered by the KIRA and the Federal Reserve.

Article 6: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in interference shall be stricken null and void.

LBGT Rights Act

Lesbian Bisexual Gay and Trangendered Rights Act

Article 1: Throughout the years the LBGT community has faced discrimination and it is time that the Kyrian federal government recognize their rights, but are not limited to the rights listed in this Bill.

Article 2: The Civil Unions Act will be striken null and void. Marriage shall no longer be made null and void. Marriage shall be no longer made unaviable to Lesbian, Bisexual, Gay, or Transgender couples based on anything having to due with the reguards of their sexuality or the morality of the monogamous marriage.

Section 1: All states that have members jailed based on the sexuality or its morality shall be released from prison.

Section 2: Article 2 Section 1 shall also apply to insane aslyumns, rehab centers, and other places were treatment for their sexuality are being held against their will.

Section 3: State government associations may not deny an LBGT Marriage. Chuches, however may deny them in accords to their religious teachings, but the state institution may not.

Article 3: Incest, bestiality, polygamy, and necrophilia are still illegal reguardless of the sexuality of the parties involved.

Section 1: The age of consent is 18 and people may not be married until this age is reached.

Section 2: For an incestuous relationship that is illegal is a marriage between immidate family members to first cousins.

Article 4: Doctors may refuse to preform a sex change operation, but the hospital may not refuse the patient the operation on the grounds of morality.

Article 5: Places of business may not refuse services to LBGT couples based on sexuality nor morality.

Article 6: Buisnesses may not discriminate against LBGT couples in pay nor highering.

Article 7: This bill shall be administered by the Department of Labor.

Article 8: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in interfearance with this law shall be striken null and void.

Gun Rights Act

Gun Rights Act

Article 1: This bill shall establish many guidelines to the phrase, “Right to bear arms,” that will clearify and extend upon many rights and some limitations.

Article 2: When a person is at their home and someone breaks into the house or preforms a home invasion one may use deadly force to eliminate the threat or repluse the home invasion.

Section 1: Home invasion shall be defined as a person(s) who uses force to enter another’s house, home, vehicle, or place of work with the intent of but not limited to; rape, theft, arson, murder, vandalism, torture and/or sodomy.

Article 3: Kyro will now enforce open carry laws. This is being that if you own a fire arm and you own a liscence for it, you may carry it around publically and loaded. As long as the weapon is visible.

Article 4: Background checks shall be preformed on people attempting to purchase a fire arm and their ability to bear arms shall be denied if they have any of the following things.

- Committed a Henious crime as outlined in the COCA Bill.

- Been dishonorably discharged from the military.

- Have been found to have a severe mental disability.

- Have been found to be mentally insane.

- Under the age of 18.

Article 5: There shall be a few weapons excluded from the open carry laws. These are Class A military rifles and Weaponry. They may be owned, but not Open Carried.

Article 6: Buildings and establishments may choose to make it a gun freezone. In order to do this they must be registered as a gun free area and they must post a sign stating so at every public entryway.

Section 1: Active military members and police are excluded from this Article only when they are on duty.

Article 7: Schools shall be a gun free zone except for teachers who, by their own choice on weather or not to have a fire arm in the classroom to protect the children from a school shooter, and law enforcement officers.

Section 1: Teachers are not forced to have a fire arm in the classroom if they do not want to and the school board nor school admin may force teachers to have a fire arm in the classroom or not have one.

Section 2: Teachers will be required to still register if they choose to own a firearm in the classroom.

Article 8: There shall be no federal taxes nor background checks on an arms exchange between family members.

Section 1: Small arms exchange shall be defined as an exchange, or change in ownership, of 1-5 firearms with 5 rounds per fire arm.

Section 2: The family members must be blood related and have forensic evidence.

Section 3: This shall be enforced by the Department of Health and Human Services.

Article 9: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in interfearance with this law shall be striken null and void.

Article 10: The Weaponizaation Act of 2011 is now repealed and shall no longer be in effect.

Illegal Immigration Reform Act

Article 1: Understanding that Illegal Immigration is an issue for Kyro and that total deportation is not a valid option the Kyrian federal government shall create a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants as long as they meet certain criteria in this bill.

Article 2: The illegal immigrant must at least have a valid job that pays, at minimum, the minimum wage or is an agricultural job for more than 3 months.

Section 1: The WSHA will perform this background check.

Article 3: Since the majority of the language speakers in this nation speak English, so the immigrants will be required to be enrolled in an English learners class for a 5 year span or they should be able to speak fluent English of that of a 5th grader.

Section 1: This Article applies to both Legal and Illegal Immigrants.

Article 4: The immigrant, both legal and illegal, must have a clean legal record in the Brotherhood of Kyro and in their home country.

Section 1: The KNSA and the CIA will perform this background check.

Article 5: If the illegal immigrant violates Articles 2-4 then the federal government shall deport them back to the nation of which they had come from.

Article 6: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in interference with this one shall be properly amended.

Children Occupational Protection Act

 

Article 1. Children shall be required to go to school from age 6 to 17.

 

a) Once a child reaches 18 they must have a parental consent to drop out if the wish.

b) Children may not be hired by a business until age 15.

 

Article 2: Schools shall treat students fairly and shall not discriminate by race, gender, or ethnicity.

 

a) Schools in violation with this article shall be fined by having an amount of their funding cut back and the amount of the funding shall be left unto the states to decide.

b) Students with criminal enslaved parents shall not be turned away from education.

c) Students of different race, religion, and/or sexual orientation shall not be denied into a school because of those qualities. If they are then the schools shall be fined by an amount that is higher than the one stated in subpoint c.

 

Article 3. Schools shall punish their students who misbehave appropriately.

 

a) Teachers shall not beat their students.

b) Students can be suspended for discrimination against other students.

c) Students will be expelled for destruction of school property and will be required to replace it. If they cannot then the money shall be garnished from their parent’s tax returns.

d) Schools shall be penalized for not following the above points.

 

Article 4. Schools shall make sure students do not fall behind by creating advanced and, pre classes in schools for those who are advancing and are above average. The Schools shall create a special education program. Schools shall submit their students to testing to guage how well the school is doing.

 

Article 5. Creates the Department of Education which will collect the scores and take care of school funding from the state level. This act will take affect upon passage.

Article 1: In order to discourage certain action and articles being purchased, a Sin Tax of 35% shall be implemented.

Article 2: The Sin Tax shall be implemented on the fallowing items; liquor (any type of alcoholic beverages or food item), cigarettes, cigars, and any type of legalized nonmedicinial drug.

Article 3: Sin Tax shall be imposed on the fallowing establishments; bars, strip clubs, and casinos.

Section 1: Casinos include any and/or all gambling rings.

Article 4: The federal government may fine any and all organizations, companies, establishments, and/or groups of persons who do not pay the tax on the goods.

Article 5: This bill shall be administered by the IRA, department of the federal government.

Article 6: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in interference with this bill shall be properly amended.

Employee Healthcare Act

Article 1: In order to ensure proper medical coverage for the citizens for Kyro, employers shall be required to provide a thorough medical plan(s) for their employees.

Article 2: Employers shall provide medical insurance covering all common injuries and ailments.

Article 3: Pregnant women shall receive medical coverage and paid time off for at least two weeks.

Article 4: The Kyro federal government shall fine any and all businesses and companies who do not comply with this Act.

Article 5: This bill shall be enforced by the IRA, and any future government healthcare administration or department.

Article 6: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all conflicting legislation shall be amended.

Red Light Act

Red Light Act

Article 1: There has been great questions surrounding the Red Light industry, so it is time to respond to the petitioning from the public regarding such industry.

Article 2: The Kyrian federal government hereby illegalizes the act of prostitution and brothels.

Section 1: Prostitution shall be defined as the soliciting, advertisement, public/private sale of sex and/or sexual acts.

Article 3: All Brothels and prostitution rings that are in operation before this bill shall be closed and disbanded.

Article 4: This performance, act of owning and/or purchasing child (age 0-17) pornography shall be illegal.

Section 1: The punishment for violating this Article shall be, but not limited to 30 years in prison, and a $500,000,000 fine.

Article 5 The legal age for consent to sex and/or sexual relationship shall be at age 18.

Article 6: If the couple was in a relationship before one of the couple turned 18 then the relationship may continue, but there must be no sexual activities outside of kissing (lips-on-lips).

Section 1: The punishment for violation of this article shall be left up to the states.

Article 7: The punishments for violations of articles 2 and 3 shall be left up to the states.

Article 8: This bill shall be administer and enforced by the Kyrian Federal Government.

Article 9: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in interference with this bill shall be properly amended.
