Illegal Immigration Reform Act

Article 1: Understanding that Illegal Immigration is an issue for Kyro and that total deportation is not a valid option the Kyrian federal government shall create a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants as long as they meet certain criteria in this bill.

Article 2: The illegal immigrant must at least have a valid job that pays, at minimum, the minimum wage or is an agricultural job for more than 3 months.

Section 1: The WSHA will perform this background check.

Article 3: Since the majority of the language speakers in this nation speak English, so the immigrants will be required to be enrolled in an English learners class for a 5 year span or they should be able to speak fluent English of that of a 5th grader.

Section 1: This Article applies to both Legal and Illegal Immigrants.

Article 4: The immigrant, both legal and illegal, must have a clean legal record in the Brotherhood of Kyro and in their home country.

Section 1: The KNSA and the CIA will perform this background check.

Article 5: If the illegal immigrant violates Articles 2-4 then the federal government shall deport them back to the nation of which they had come from.

Article 6: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in interference with this one shall be properly amended.

Children Occupational Protection Act

 

Article 1. Children shall be required to go to school from age 6 to 17.

 

a) Once a child reaches 18 they must have a parental consent to drop out if the wish.

b) Children may not be hired by a business until age 15.

 

Article 2: Schools shall treat students fairly and shall not discriminate by race, gender, or ethnicity.

 

a) Schools in violation with this article shall be fined by having an amount of their funding cut back and the amount of the funding shall be left unto the states to decide.

b) Students with criminal enslaved parents shall not be turned away from education.

c) Students of different race, religion, and/or sexual orientation shall not be denied into a school because of those qualities. If they are then the schools shall be fined by an amount that is higher than the one stated in subpoint c.

 

Article 3. Schools shall punish their students who misbehave appropriately.

 

a) Teachers shall not beat their students.

b) Students can be suspended for discrimination against other students.

c) Students will be expelled for destruction of school property and will be required to replace it. If they cannot then the money shall be garnished from their parent’s tax returns.

d) Schools shall be penalized for not following the above points.

 

Article 4. Schools shall make sure students do not fall behind by creating advanced and, pre classes in schools for those who are advancing and are above average. The Schools shall create a special education program. Schools shall submit their students to testing to guage how well the school is doing.

 

Article 5. Creates the Department of Education which will collect the scores and take care of school funding from the state level. This act will take affect upon passage.

Sin Tax Act

Article 1: In order to discourage certain action and articles being purchased, a Sin Tax of 35% shall be implemented.

Article 2: The Sin Tax shall be implemented on the fallowing items; liquor (any type of alcoholic beverages or food item), cigarettes, cigars, and any type of legalized nonmedicinial drug.

Article 3: Sin Tax shall be imposed on the fallowing establishments; bars, strip clubs, and casinos.

Section 1: Casinos include any and/or all gambling rings.

Article 4: The federal government may fine any and all organizations, companies, establishments, and/or groups of persons who do not pay the tax on the goods.

Article 5: This bill shall be administered by the IRA, department of the federal government.

Article 6: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in interference with this bill shall be properly amended.

Employee Healthcare Act

Article 1: In order to ensure proper medical coverage for the citizens for Kyro, employers shall be required to provide a thorough medical plan(s) for their employees.

Article 2: Employers shall provide medical insurance covering all common injuries and ailments.

Article 3: Pregnant women shall receive medical coverage and paid time off for at least two weeks.

Article 4: The Kyro federal government shall fine any and all businesses and companies who do not comply with this Act.

Article 5: This bill shall be enforced by the IRA, and any future government healthcare administration or department.

Article 6: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all conflicting legislation shall be amended.

Red Light Act

Red Light Act

Article 1: There has been great questions surrounding the Red Light industry, so it is time to respond to the petitioning from the public regarding such industry.

Article 2: The Kyrian federal government hereby illegalizes the act of prostitution and brothels.

Section 1: Prostitution shall be defined as the soliciting, advertisement, public/private sale of sex and/or sexual acts.

Article 3: All Brothels and prostitution rings that are in operation before this bill shall be closed and disbanded.

Article 4: This performance, act of owning and/or purchasing child (age 0-17) pornography shall be illegal.

Section 1: The punishment for violating this Article shall be, but not limited to 30 years in prison, and a $500,000,000 fine.

Article 5 The legal age for consent to sex and/or sexual relationship shall be at age 18.

Article 6: If the couple was in a relationship before one of the couple turned 18 then the relationship may continue, but there must be no sexual activities outside of kissing (lips-on-lips).

Section 1: The punishment for violation of this article shall be left up to the states.

Article 7: The punishments for violations of articles 2 and 3 shall be left up to the states.

Article 8: This bill shall be administer and enforced by the Kyrian Federal Government.

Article 9: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in interference with this bill shall be properly amended.

 

Domestically Internal Transportation Act

Domestically Internal Tranportation Act

Article 1: In order to better the nation's transportation infranstructure, the Kyrian federal government shall establish several things to better our infranstructure.

Article 2: The Kyrian federal government shall group all transportation infranstrucional means/modes into the Department of Transportation.

Section 1: This will include auto industry, cargo, shipping, railroad industry, bridges, highways, ports, ship years. interstate highways, roads, waterways, damns, space industry, air fields, air ports, and naturial resources transportation.

Article 3: Each Year the Kyrian federal govern,ent may offer up loans to companies who are improving transportation infranstructure.

Section 1: The interest rates on the loans are at 7% over every 5 years.

Section 2: The interest begins as soon as the infranstrcture loan is issued out.

Section 3: The loan must be administed and approved by the Kyrian Congress if te project is interstate. Otherwise the project is self funded or by the state.

Setion 4: If the company that recieved the loan cannot pay off the loan then the company will be auditted until the debt is paid off.

Article 4: The Kyrian federal government approves of the construction of the Del Rio Railroad from Del Rio, Northern Ottowa, Shargo to Vehige City, Rhodesia, Kyro and the Hampton Railroad from Fenway, Cambin, Kyro to Rhode Island, Koland, Kyro.

Article 5: This bill will be administered by the Department of Transportation.

Article 6: This bill will go into affect immidiately upon passage and all laws in interfearnce with this law shall be properly amended.

Amendment 1: Any and all transporationial means funded by the government of Kyro will be owned by the government and may be subject to military commanding.

National Educational Gurenteed Refromation Act

Article 1: The Kyro federal government is concerned with the sorry state that the education system is in. The government demands certain manditory reforms be made.

Article2: Schools, both public and private, must include the core classes of math, litterature, science, and history each year from the grades of 1st grade through the last year of collage.

Article 3: The Schools must serve a vegitarian item in order to accomidate religous groups that cannot eat certain foods. There must be multiple foods served.

Article 4: Schools shall not ban or force school-wide prayer or a religion on their students.

Section 1: Religous private schools are exempt from this article.

Article 5: Schools that teach evolution must also teach creation in the same wolume in order to expand children's horizons in their view of the world. 

Article 6: Children shall be taught to read and write proficently by the 1st grade. How to operate a computer by the 6th grade and how to handle personal finace by the 10th grade.

Article 7: Creates the Department of Education in order to make sure this bill is enforced and that they make sure schools are being run properly.

Article 8: This bill shall go into effect immidiately upon passage and all laws in interfearence with this law shall be properly amended.

Decontamination Center for Disease Act

Decontamination Center for Disease Act

Article 1: In order to better accompany the Health Act and FAHIRA the Kyrian Federal Government shall establish the Decontamination Center for Disease and the Food and Drug Administration.

Article 2: The Decontamination Center for Disease’s job shall be to control breakout diseases that are deadly and/or harmful that is new and unique disease that we have yet to get a cure for.

Section 1: The Diseases that are excluded are cancer, Common Colds, and STDs.

Section 2: Those whom are infected with the outbreak disease shall be quarantined and shall not be permitted to leave a designated area. These people shall receive the basic necessities for life.

Article 3: The federal government shall require that all children enrolling in schools have received vaccinations for disease that are required by the DCD, such as polio, smallpox, Hepatitis, etc…

Article 4: The Food and Drug Administration shall conduct the food and drug inspections that are outlined in the Food and Health Industry Regulations Act. The FDA shall make sure businesses comply with the DCDA and FAHIRA.

Article 5: States may decide the fines and punishments for those who violate this bill.

Article 6: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in interference with this law shall be appropriately amended.

Kyrian National Security Act

Kyrian National Security Act

Article 1: The Kyrian Federal government shall establish a Kyrian National Security Agency and a Foreign Information Agency, in order to protect our nation’s citizens for the better of the world.

Article 2: The Kyrian National Security Agency shall be established to collect all electronic and telecommunications information of suspicious activities that can lead to harmful or illegal activities.

Section 1: The KNSA may collect data up to a six month period and then the data is dumped unless the KNSA has a reason that pertains to legal matters, for keeping it longer.

Section 2: If the data is sufficient enough, the KNSA may inform the FBI and that person may be detained.

Section 3: Those who are detained are entitled to their Miranda Rights.

Article 3: The Foreign Intelligence Agency will be a Kyrian federal spy ring and group that collects information on foreign nations.

Section 1: The FIA shall not spy against Kyrian citizens.

Article 4: This plan will be paid for and administered by the Kyrian Federal Government.

Article 5: This will go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in interference with this law will be stricken null and void.
